Erase files from a flash memory

Recovering erased files from a flash memory isn’t so hard. Our customer Knud encountered the same problem and this is what he wrote to us and we hope you can use iCare Data Recovery Software to get your files back.

Having a totally erased digital photo flash memory I had no choice, so I sent the money.

That said – I find the program very good. It rescued each and every file!

May be you could use the circumstances in your tutorial or advertisements.

I am not so stupid as to erase files from a flash memory before saving the files. BUT: my (indeed very good!) program ACDSee offers to erase the files AFTER having saved them to the harddisk. And I have always done that.
BUT: this time the computer hang in the middle of the process, and ACDSee had to be shut down. Alas: A group of pictures had not been properly saved to the harddisk before the flash card was erased.

The morale: You don’t have to be stupid to lose files!

From now on I erase manually when using ACDSee!

A couple of years ago the battery in my EOS SLR camera dried out in the middle of a filesaving just after a picture was taken. Result: a corrupted FAT and no pictures. I managed to rescue most of the pictures using some rescue program – I don’t remember which.
